I recently purchased a hydration pack from this company after discovering them through their website. The design and functionality of the pack are decent, providing convenience during outdoor activities. However, I encountered some issues with the durability of the product, as it started to leak after a few uses. While the customer service team was responsive and provided assistance in resolving the issue, I was disappointed by the quality of the product. 🙁 The variety of products offered on the website is impressive, but I hope the company focuses on enhancing the quality and durability of their products to better serve their customers.
