I recently purchased products from envio.com.br and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality. However, I encountered some issues with the checkout process which was quite frustrating. The website design was appealing, but the navigation could be improved for a smoother shopping experience. On a positive note, the customer service team was responsive and managed to resolve my concerns promptly. Overall, my shopping experience was average. I hope they can work on enhancing the user experience to match the level of their product quality. 🛒
