I recently used the services of this ambulance company for a medical emergency. The overall experience was satisfactory. The ambulance arrived promptly and the paramedics were professional and courteous. However, I found the communication with the dispatch center to be somewhat lacking, as I had to repeat information multiple times. Additionally, the interior of the ambulance could have been maintained better, as it appeared a bit worn out. The billing process was straightforward, but the pricing seemed a bit higher compared to other options in the area. Overall, the service was average, and while it met my immediate needs, there is room for improvement in terms of communication and ambulance maintenance.
