I recently had *Mixed Feelings about my experience* with this company. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of services offered. However, the customer service was somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry, and the representative I spoke with seemed a bit disinterested. On the positive side, the technicians who came to my home were professional and knowledgeable, and the work was completed satisfactorily. Overall, *I had a middle of the road experience*, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer interaction. 😐
