I recently purchased a plant phenotyping system from this company. The website was easy to navigate, and the purchasing process was smooth. However, I did encounter some difficulties with the installation process and had to reach out to customer support multiple times. The system itself works well, and the data analysis tools are helpful for my research. Overall, the experience was generally satisfactory, but I expected a bit more in terms of customer assistance and support. 🌿🔬
