As a customer, I found the services provided by the company to be average ⭐⭐. While their website was easy to navigate, the overall experience left much to be desired. The process of buying and selling delisted unlisted shares and securities was lacking in efficiency and transparency 🤔. Communication with the company was not consistently prompt, and there were delays in resolving queries and concerns. Furthermore, the lack of real-time updates on stock prices was disappointing. On the positive side, the company did have a reasonable range of available shares and securities. However, I would recommend improvements in their customer service, communication, and updating systems to enhance the overall experience. Overall, an average experience that could be improved upon.
