My experience with Wellpoint Behavioral Health, Inc. was average. The staff was somewhat helpful, but I didn't feel a strong connection or personal touch. The services provided were decent, but there was nothing extraordinary about them. The facilities were adequate, but not exceptional. Overall, an okay experience.
