The overall experience I had with Kent Design & Manufacturing was average. The design of their products was decent, but I expected a bit more innovation. The manufacturing process was smooth and the quality of the final product was satisfactory. However, their customer service could use some improvement as the response time was quite slow. All in all, an average experience.
