I had a mixed experience at Blue Mall Santo Domingo. While the mall itself is beautiful and offers a great selection of stores, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in assisting shoppers. However, the overall shopping experience was still enjoyable due to the wide variety of stores available.
