I recently used the services of this company and found that their website was very informative and easy to navigate. However, I was slightly disappointed with the response time from their customer service team. It took a longer than expected for them to get back to me when I had a query. On the positive side, the resources provided were quite useful and helped me to understand the topic I was researching better. Overall, I would say it was an average experience. I would recommend some improvements to the customer service aspect to ensure a more satisfactory experience. The variety of resources available is definitely a plus point. 👍🏼
