I recently had the opportunity to use the services of this company for my home security needs and I must say that my experience was average. The technicians arrived on time and were knowledgeable about their products. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to get someone on the phone and they seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Additionally, the initial installation was completed, but there were some issues with the system that needed to be resolved. It took longer than expected for the technicians to come back and fix the problems. On the positive side, once the issues were addressed, the system has been working well and I feel safer in my home. Overall, I would rate this company as average due to their lackluster customer service but satisfactory product quality.
