I have been a customer of Syntec technical sales and marketing inc for several years now and I must say, their service is average. While they do deliver on time and their products are of decent quality, their customer service leaves much to be desired. The representatives are not very helpful and there have been instances where my queries were not adequately addressed. Overall, an average experience.
