I have been a customer of GNG IT Services for several years now and I must say, their service has been consistently average. It gets the job done, but there is definitely room for improvement. The customer support could be more responsive and the turnaround time for issue resolution could be faster. Overall, it's not a bad experience but I do hope they can step up their game in the future.
