I recently worked with a law office for some legal advice and chose Gibson Law Office. 🏢 Their website was easy to navigate, and I found it helpful to read about their team and experience. However, I found the communication to be lacking. 📧 It took a while to receive responses to my inquiries, and sometimes I had to follow up multiple times. 😕 The legal advice I received was adequate, but I expected a more thorough explanation given the cost. 💸 The lawyers were professional and knowledgeable, but I didn't feel a strong personal connection or sense of commitment from them. 😔 Overall, Gibson Law Office is an average law firm. They have the expertise, but their communication and personal touch could use some improvement. 🤔
