I recently interacted with Ward Inc. and the overall experience was average. While their website is easy to navigate and provides comprehensive information about their services, the communication from the company could be improved. I found their response time to be slower than expected, and it took a few follow-ups to get the necessary information. Additionally, the customer service could have been more accommodating and attentive to my concerns. On a positive note, the quality of their products is satisfactory, and the delivery was on time. However, I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and communication.
