I recently stayed at the hotel in Kansas City. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were some issues with maintenance and the amenities felt a bit outdated. The overall atmosphere didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the website. I was hoping for a more modern and well-maintained experience. However, the location was great and the staff did their best to accommodate my needs. Hopefully, they can improve the quality of the rooms and facilities to match the service and location.🏨
