I have been practicing yoga at Saccidananda-yoga for a while now, and I cannot recommend it enough. The instructors are very skilled and provide excellent guidance. The classes are challenging but also very enjoyable. The studio space is clean and has a serene atmosphere. It's a great place to unwind and focus on self-care.
