I recently started practicing yoga and stumbled upon Yoga Sangha. I am so glad I did! The classes are fantastic, and the instructors are incredibly supportive. I particularly enjoy the emphasis on mindful movement and breath awareness. The studio itself is cozy and inviting, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. This is by far the best yoga studio I have been to!
