I recently had the opportunity to shop from Carenza's website and I must say it was a fairly average experience. 😐 The website was easy to navigate and their selection of products was decent. However, I was slightly disappointed with the overall quality of the items I received. 😕 They looked better on the website than in person. The prices were reasonable, but I expected a bit more in terms of value for my money. 💸 Customer service was mediocre as well, with slow response times to my inquiries. 📞 On the positive side, the shipping was relatively fast and the packaging was secure. 📦 Overall, it was an okay shopping experience, but I don't think I'll be rushing back to make another purchase anytime soon. 👎
