I recently started practicing yoga and decided to give Turiya Yoga a try after reading some positive reviews. I have to say, I am really impressed with the classes and the instructors. The atmosphere is very calming and inviting, and the instructors are knowledgeable and patient. I can already feel myself getting stronger and more flexible with each class. Overall, I would highly recommend Turiya Yoga to anyone looking to start or deepen their yoga practice.
