I recently purchased flooring from this company and had a mixed experience. The selection of flooring options was impressive and the website was easy to navigate. However, the customer service was lackluster, and the staff seemed disinterested in assisting me. 🙁 Additionally, the pricing was average and not particularly competitive. On a positive note, the quality of the flooring I received was good, and the installation process was smooth. Overall, I would say that the company offers a decent range of products and services, but the customer experience could be improved. I hope they work on enhancing their customer service to make it a more pleasant and efficient experience for customers.
