I've been practicing yoga for a few years now and recently tried Ashtanga yoga. Ashtanga Yoga Liverpool is a great place to practice. The instructors are skilled and provide clear instructions. The studio is clean and peaceful. I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. Definitely adding this to my weekly routine.
