I had an average experience with Big Brothers Big Sisters Österreich. The organization provided me with a mentor, but the mentorship didn't meet my expectations. The communication between me and my mentor was lacking, and I felt like I wasn't getting the support I needed. Although I appreciate the initiative, I believe there is room for improvement in their mentorship programs.
