The services provided by Ucl-portalen are average. I expected more from them. The user interface of the website is not user-friendly. It took me some time to navigate through the website and find the information I needed. I was also disappointed with the customer support. They were not responsive and it took them days to reply to my queries. Overall, I would rate Ucl-portalen as average.
