I have been a member of Crossfit East Bay for over a year now and I can't say enough good things about it. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and help you push yourself to new limits. The workouts are always challenging and keep you on your toes. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. This gym truly deserves five stars!
