I have been using the Austin Parks and Recreation Department services for a while now, and I must say, they are average. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, but the staff is not always friendly or helpful. I have encountered several instances where the staff seemed disinterested in assisting me or providing necessary information. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
