I started practicing yoga a few months ago and decided to try Ashtanga yoga. Ashtanga Yoga Liverpool is a fantastic studio with knowledgeable instructors. The classes are dynamic and challenging, and the sequencing flows so well. The studio is always clean and has a calm atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice.
