I recently used a recruitment agency to find a job and had a mixed experience. While the agency I used was not Mindworks, I believe it is important to share my thoughts on the recruitment process. Overall, I found the process to be average, with some aspects that could be improved. The agency had a good range of job opportunities, but I felt that the communication could have been better. There were times when I didn't hear back for days, which made the process frustrating. However, I did appreciate the assistance I received in preparing for interviews.
