I recently used their software to streamline my business processes. 🖥️ While the interface was user-friendly, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took longer than expected to get assistance, and the solutions provided were not always effective. On the positive side, the software itself was functional and helped improve our overall efficiency. However, the company needs to improve its customer service to better support its clients. Additionally, the pricing was a bit high for the level of service received. Overall, an average experience.
