I recently purchased a planner from this company's website, and I found the layout and design to be quite simple and user-friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the paper, as it felt a bit flimsy and prone to tearing. Additionally, the shipping time was longer than expected, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and helpful when I had a question about my order. Overall, I would say that the products are average in terms of quality, but the customer service is certainly a strong point for this company.
