I stumbled upon Alternative Baking Company's vegan cookies while searching for dairy-free treats, and I'm so glad I did. These cookies are simply amazing. The flavors are unique and delicious, and the texture is perfect - soft and chewy. My favorite flavor is the Peanut Butter Persuasion, but I have enjoyed every flavor I've tried so far.
