I recently visited Spavia day spa - stamford and had an average experience. The spa is clean and the staff is friendly, but I felt like the services were just okay. The massage therapist seemed a bit inexperienced and the facial I received wasn't as thorough as I had hoped. Overall, it was an average experience.
