I recently purchased a house from Maisons Phenix and I must say that the overall experience was average. The quality of workmanship was satisfactory, but there were some issues with the plumbing. The customer service was good and they were responsive to our queries. However, it took them longer than expected to complete the construction. Overall, it was an okay experience.
