I can't express how much I love Balanced Pilates NYC! The instructors are incredible and make the classes so much fun. The studio itself has a great vibe and it's always clean. The workouts are challenging but also manageable, and I can already see improvements in my strength and posture. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The pricing is reasonable, and they offer various class packages to fit different schedules. Definitely give it a try!
