Tracfone wireless is an average company. I have been using their services for a while now and I have to say that the quality is just okay. The coverage is decent in most areas, but there have been a few instances where I experienced dropped calls. The customer service is alright, nothing exceptional. Overall, if you're looking for an affordable wireless provider, Tracfone is a decent option.
