I recently engaged with a company in the engineering industry for a project. The experience was quite average. While their website is informative and easy to navigate, the overall communication and responsiveness could be improved. I found their customer service to be satisfactory, but there was room for improvement in terms of timeliness in addressing queries. The project delivery was as expected, with no major issues, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The expertise of their team was evident, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. Overall, the experience was decent, but there is certainly room for growth and improvement. 😐👍
