I've been a member of Crossfit Redstart for a few months now and it's been an amazing experience. The trainers are so knowledgeable and they really push you to reach your goals. The workouts are intense but effective. The community at the gym is also fantastic. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness and strength.
