I recently purchased a product from amibrilliant.com and I must say I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the product descriptions were clear and informative. However, the customer service left much to be desired. It took quite some time to receive a response to my inquiry, and when I did, the representative seemed uninterested in assisting me. 🤷‍♀️ The product itself was average in quality and did not live up to the claims made on the website. While it did provide some antimicrobial protection, it did not meet my expectations. Overall, I found my experience with this company to be average at best. I may consider trying their products again in the future, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service and product performance.
