CUSTOMER: I had a mixed experience with Northwest Montana Human Resources- Community Action Partnership. While their website was easy to navigate and provided useful information, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. However, the resources they offer are valuable and have made a positive impact in the community. Overall, I would rate them as average.
