I recently hired a party planning company for my cousin's birthday bash and came across this particular website. While the company definitely delivered on some aspects, overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website design was appealing and navigation was easy, making it simple to explore their services and packages. The initial communication was prompt, and they were accommodating when it came to discussing our requirements. However, on the day of the event, there were a few hiccups. The decorations were not exactly what we had discussed, and some were even damaged. Additionally, the entertainment didn't really live up to our expectations. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and tried their best to rectify the situation. All in all, the party was enjoyable, but I expected a bit more attention to detail and better execution considering the price we paid.
