I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Tmsg as average. The website tmsg.org.au is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of their customer support. On several occasions, I had to wait a long time to get a response to my queries. Overall, it's an okay experience.
