I recently had an experience with a construction company that left me feeling underwhelmed. The website provided a lot of information, but the overall communication and customer service were lacking. It seemed like they were more focused on larger projects and didn't give as much attention to smaller jobs. The pricing was competitive, but I didn't feel like I was getting the personalized attention I was hoping for. The projects they've completed look impressive, but I wish they had put more effort into understanding my specific needs. Overall, the experience was just okay. I appreciated the professionalism, but I didn't feel like a valued customer. Perhaps with some improvements in customer engagement, this company could become more appealing. 😐
