As a CUSTOMER, I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by L'organisation naationale de la protection de la richesse intellectuelle (onapri). The website onapri.dz is poorly designed and navigating through it is a nightmare. The information is scattered and there is no clear structure. It took me ages to find the relevant information I needed. On top of that, the response time is incredibly slow. I submitted a query through their contact form and it took them more than a month to get back to me. This kind of inefficiency and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Overall, I would rate their services as below average.
