Next Medical Staffing is an average company. I have worked with them for about a year now and they have been fairly reliable. The assignments they have provided me with have been decent and I have not had any major issues with their communication or payment process. However, there have been a few instances where the assignment details were not accurately conveyed to me and it caused some confusion. Overall, I would say they are an average staffing agency.
