I had a wonderful experience at State of Idaho Health & Welfare Adult Mental Health. The staff is friendly and caring. They go above and beyond to provide the best care possible. The facility is well-equipped and comfortable. The treatment I received here helped me in my journey towards better mental health. Highly recommended! 😀
