As a customer, I recently purchased steel products from this company and found the quality to be average. While browsing their website, I was impressed by the variety of products available, particularly in the medical field. However, the ordering process was a bit confusing, and the delivery took longer than expected. The steel products themselves were of decent quality, but not exceptional. The customer service was helpful, but could have been more responsive to inquiries. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of order processing and product quality.
