I recently used the services of this company to help with my business's IT solutions. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good overview of their services. However, I found the customer service to be average. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. The actual service provided was satisfactory, but it didn't particularly stand out. It would've been helpful if they were more proactive in keeping me informed about the progress. Overall, the experience was average, but I think there's room for improvement in their communication and customer service.
