I recently had the opportunity to work with a technology consulting firm that claims to provide innovative solutions. Unfortunately, I found their services to be quite average. The website looked professional and offered a range of services, but the execution fell short of expectations. The consultants seemed knowledgeable, but lacked creativity in finding tailored solutions for my business. The customer service was decent, but I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress of my project. Additionally, the pricing was on the higher side compared to other firms offering similar services. Overall, my experience with this company was average. They have the potential to improve by focusing on adding value through their services and being more proactive in communication.
