I recently purchased tiles from this company and overall, I had an average experience. 🤷‍♀️ The website was user-friendly and I found it easy to browse through their different tile options. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get an update on my order. 😕 Additionally, some of the tiles I received were slightly damaged, which was disappointing. On the bright side, their customer service team was responsive and they promptly addressed my concerns by offering replacements for the damaged tiles. 🙌 The quality of the tiles themselves was decent, but not exceptional. 💡 While I appreciate the variety of options available on their website, the overall experience left me feeling underwhelmed. I would consider shopping here again if I couldn't find what I needed elsewhere, but I would also explore other tile providers before making a final decision.
