The experience with Holmes Van & Storage, Inc. was average. The moving process was smooth overall, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The movers arrived on time and were professional, but they didn't handle some fragile items with as much care as I would have liked. The customer service was decent, but I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my shipment. Overall, not a bad experience but not the best either.
